The Core Problem
In commercial inventory management, by the time a mismatch reaches a human auditor, the damage has already spread into missed orders, emergency replenishment, and margin erosion. Manual cycle counts are slow, error-prone, and hard to scale across busy warehouses.
We knew that if we could put a vision model behind the photos staff already take on their rounds, operators could move from reactive cleanup to catching problems on the spot — without buying or installing any new hardware.
